These terms cover myhommi.com as it exists today: a public website introducing MyHommi. They do not govern a Chrome extension, subscription, payment, school service or user account.

Informational launch
The website introduces a product that is being prepared for public release. It does not currently take payments, create accounts or provide a public extension download.
Visiting the website does not create a customer, subscription or school contract. Any future Chrome extension, paid plan or school service will have separate terms presented before someone signs up or pays.
Prices shown are planned launch prices. They are not an offer that can be accepted on this website, and no payment is taken here.
Prepared previews
Interactive examples on the website are scripted product previews. They show how MyHommi is designed to behave; they are not the live coach and do not analyse or submit anything a visitor types.
Features marked as planned, being built or not publicly available cannot be used today.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the website clear and accurate. Product details, availability and release plans may change as MyHommi is tested and prepared for launch. A planned feature should never be presented as available today.
The website may occasionally be changed, suspended or unavailable. It does not promise a launch date, uninterrupted access, a particular school outcome or improved grades.
Using the website fairly
You may browse the website and share links to its public pages.
- Do not interfere with the website or try to bypass its security.
- Do not use it unlawfully or to harm another person.
- Do not copy, repackage or publish substantial parts of its text, artwork or demonstrations as your own.
- Do not use automated requests in a way that disrupts the site.
Content and ownership
The website’s text, artwork, product demonstrations, design and code are owned by or licensed to the operator unless stated otherwise. Visiting the site does not transfer ownership or grant permission to use the MyHommi identity as your own.
Ordinary personal use, linking and uses allowed by law remain permitted.
External services and links
The website may link to services run by others. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. MyHommi is not responsible for their availability or content.
Responsibility
This website provides general product information, not personal educational, medical, legal or safeguarding advice. Decisions about a child’s learning or wellbeing should not be based only on a website preview.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by relying on preliminary website information, temporary unavailability or an external website. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms may be updated when the website changes. Future extension, subscription and school terms will be presented separately before those services become available.
Law
Dutch law applies to these website terms. This does not take away any mandatory rights a visitor has under the law that applies to them. Any dispute will be handled by the court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
